About Capital City 3on3 (CC3)

Capital City 3on3 (CC3) also know as Cap City 3on3 is a Washington State 3on3 streetball basketball tournament built on community, competition, and a love for the game.

Powered by 90TEN Training Academy, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, CC3 exists to create high‑quality basketball experiences while supporting youth development and local communities.

Each summer, CC3 brings together players of all ages for a fast‑paced, high‑energy weekend that blends competitive hoops with a fun, family‑friendly atmosphere.

What started as a local tournament has grown into one of Southwest Washington’s favorite summer basketball events.

The 2026 Capital City 3on3 will take place in Tenino, Washington, during the city’s annual Oregon Trail Days celebration.
